He has extensive experience and a successful track record in organizing and directing comprehensive fund raising programs. He has initiated and managed capital campaigns, annual giving and deferred giving programs. For the past 10 years, Mr. Cunningham has served as an independent fund raising consultant and senior associate for the firm of Gronlund Sayther Brunkow.

The Wartburg Foundation
New York

The Wartburg Foundation's goal was to expand their chaplaincy through a $2.5 million endowment. This endowment would enable them to employ new staff to carry on the Spiritual mission of The Wartburg Foundation, including ministering to the needs of residents and their families, staff, the community and the church family. All people familiar with Wartburg's programs were invited to continue their support, not only through The Wartburg Foundation, but through gifts, annuities, and long-term planning, so that the work of that mission and ministry could be continued.
